How to renew
A few weeks before your policy runs out, we will write and let you know what the premium will be for the following year.
This is based on the information that we have about you and your business on our
records. So it’s important for you to check that your circumstances – such as the names of
the drivers, number of employees and driving records – are still the same. If not, please
let us know. The premium might then be recalculated.
The letter inviting you to renew also includes an acceptance reply slip. Sign and return
this to us, with appropriate payment, and your policy will be renewed. If you usually pay
by Direct Debit, the monthly payments continue automatically.
