For over 25 years we have been here to support motor traders with their insurance needs. Our staff remain dedicated to supporting you today.

During these difficult times, we want to reassure Road Runner customers and partners that we have a robust business continuity plan in place. We are striving to ensure minimal business disruption during this period, and we are taking every measure to ensure business continuity:

  • We are closely following Government guidelines, including in relation to social distancing
  • We are closely monitoring our suppliers and confirming the measures they have in place
  • We are now conducting meetings remotely
  • We have procedures in place to operate remotely which have been enacted

Road Runner will continue to operate as usual. Staff have full remote access to all files and systems and are able to swiftly respond to your emails and phone calls. Continuing to support our clients as effectively as possible, whilst ensuring the safety of our dedicated staff and playing our part in limiting the spread of Covid-19, remains our priority.

  • Being on the end of the phone to deal with your queries
  • Responding to your emails
  • Ensuring vehicle updates are completed within good time
  • Issuing documents via email
  • Issuing renewal terms via our online portal and email
